166,000 sq. ft. fulfillment center located in Dubai, UAE. Production and preparation of all orders will be started after the payment. Custom-made product manufacturing and production time is usually between 5-15 working days, depending on the material and components availability and ordered customized model. Products are shipped via shipping companies or UPS/Aramex/DHL.

Steps Before Ordering

Before placing an order make sure to check the production and delivery time of the product. Transit time is usually 3-5 days including the custom clearance at the border.

Submit the local trade license with TRN for Zero-Rated Tax invoice, otherwise the purchase ordered will automatically 5% tax included.

Minimum orders of AED 20,000 should be paid 100% advance before production and delivery. On the other hand, confirmed orders above the minimum should be paid 50% advance to start the production and the balance before shipping.

Customs

A customs clearing agent must be appointed at Batha border between UAE and Saudi Arabia. You can contact any local shipping company in your city and provide authorization to clear your shipment. Import Customs Duty charges to be paid by the customer through the appointed agent.

Charges

Workspace provides door-to-door delivery service and free certificate of origin. Local Customs Duty charges and unloading the goods to customer’s premises are not included in the shipping charge.

Unloading

Unloading

All goods comes packed and palletized for easy loading and unloading. Some items delivered as assembled, make sure to take extra care when unloading the goods in your office to prevent damages.

Installation

Installation

All furniture comes with detailed installation manual and only requires basic skills to assemble and install. However if required by the client, Workspace will provide a representative to unload and install the furnitures, travel and stay expenses are covered by the clients.

For shipping to GCC or Worldwide, please contact us for shipping cost quotation. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
