Production and Delivery Time
Please consider 3-5 days transit time shipments. Delivery timescales are for working days in U.A.E. and subject for availability rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated.

Steps Before Ordering
Transit time for shipments from Dubai to Saudi Arabia is usually 4-6 days including the custom clearance at theborder.
Step 1: Planning
Check each product’s lead time in your new office furniture plan. If you are ordering different type of furniture, you need to consider the manufacturing time plus the transit time to your City in KSA.
Step 2: Choose
WORKSPACE is providing unique services in term of product customizations so you need to check the specification and options carefully with our sales consultant to get the best furniture for your office.
Step 3: Confirmation
You need to send us your local trade license. All sales to KSA from UAE are subject to 15% import duty. Door to door shipping and border charges are added to the quotation accordingly.
Step 4: Pay
After your order confirmation, if your order is above AED 20,000 you can pay 50% advance and balance before shipping otherwise payment will be 100% advance before production/delivery.

GCC & Worldwide Shipping
For shipping to GCC or Worldwide, please contact us for shipping cost quotation. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
